Is Premuria medical advice?+

No. Premuria does not diagnose, prescribe, recommend treatment, calculate doses or interpret medication. It helps people coordinate practical care information and confirmations. Medical decisions remain between the person receiving care and qualified healthcare professionals.

Does everyone need an account?+

NO. Premuria is designed to keep joining a Care Circle simple. The exact invitation and access flow will be finalised before release, without asking people for information we do not need.

Does Premuria track location?+

No. Premuria does not need to know where Mum is. It does not request or track GPS location.

What happens without internet?+

The goal is for useful information already available on the device to remain accessible during a connection problem, then synchronize shared changes when connectivity returns. Exact offline behaviour will depend on the final production sync architecture.

Who can confirm a medicine?+

The person who is on duty can confirm that a scheduled medicine has been taken. The confirmation is then visible to the Care Circle, including who confirmed it and when.

Can more than one person help?+

Yes. Family members, friends or other trusted people can be part of the same Care Circle and share the practical work without losing the shared picture.

What is Senior Mode?+

Senior Mode is a deliberately simpler view with larger information and one clear action at a time. It focuses on the next medicine, a large DONE button and a clear ALL DONE state.

Can I change who is on duty?+

Yes. Responsibility can change when plans change. The Care Circle can see who is currently on duty so handovers stay clear.

What information does Premuria store?+

Only information useful for coordinating care, such as medicines, confirmations, notes, Circle members and responsibility. Premuria does not need a full name, date of birth, address, NHS number, diagnosis or GPS location for the person receiving care.

Is Premuria a subscription?+

No. The planned price is £4.99 as a one-time purchase. No monthly subscription and no annual renewal.
